 Post subject: Rear dampers (Avo)

If anyone is looking for some quality rear dampers, I've just fitted some Avo twin tube gas units. They're available in a few different specs, I went for the steel body with standard bushes (I was putting poly bushes in anyway) the part is TA180
/ 115. They have 20 clicks of adjustment so it should be possible to match them to any spring.

Brian, it actually corners really well now. I stripped the front suspension today, nylon bushes, flushed (5x) the dampers and filled them with 40 weight oil. New tie rods as the old ones were wearing because the rubber bushes were old/poor quality/hadn’t been fitted properly. Front and rear are now balanced.
