Ok Posting Photos

Its not difficult but if we have a forum where you can post images direct the cost of storage would be beyond that of a small club such as ours, that said its still easy to post, read on

Use http://imgur.com set up an account (its free for 50gb) and upload any pictures you want to post, please ensure pictures are sized to no wider than '1100 pixels' that way they fit nicely on screen. They also need to be yours so there are no copyright infringements. really large images will be removed......

Once resized copy the link shown on the right, there are a few options the bottom one is perfect paste into the posting and that's all there is to it!

A couple of tips if you’re wanting to upload a photo to the forum!

The permitted file size IS quite small so uploading directly from cameras usually won’t work and will display an error.

Always use your phone camera, and the best method to post a photo is, take the photo, then EMAIL it to yourself. When the photo comes through, save the image to your photos. It saves the email image as a lower file format. It SHOULD then upload to the site. I say SHOULD!
